This is a talk about the hobby of collecting antique bottles and associated artefacts, which are mainly collected by researching and digging for them on Victorian tip sites. He will talk a bit about the history and development of different designs of bottles, and the elements of social history which influenced this. He will also provide an insight into some of the many different sub-categories that people specialise in collecting.
