Monday June 27th.
The first of our History Live coach trips will take place on Monday June
27th and we’ll be going to Quarry Bank Mill, Styal.
https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/quarry-bank.
We will leave from Warslow Village Hall at 9.30 am and from Quarry Bank at 4pm. The cost of the coach is £8.50 per person and entrance to the Mill will be £19 (£20.90 with gift aid) but of course if you are a
National Trust member admission is free. Depending on our eventual numbers there might be a slight group discount.
If you would like to book a place please let Janet Nash know as soon as possible, but by June 10th at the latest please. Include the names of all coming, a phone no and whether you are NT members or not. Non History Live friends are very welcome!
Payment for the coach can be made in advance (preferably) and cheques, payable to History Live, may be sent to Janet at 1 New Field End, Warslow, SK17 0JT or cash on the day. Admission to the Mill is payable on arrival.
If you can’t make this visit, a further trip to Hardwick Hall is planned for July, further details about that will follow later.
We would like to thank Staffs County Councillor Gill Heath for a grant towards these trips which has kept the coach fare really low
