Secondly we are eagerly planning our summer events, including two coach trips. The first is on June 23 when we have arranged a visit to Abbeydale Industrial Hamlet in Sheffield. We have organised a talk and then you will be free to look around and have lunch in their restaurant.  There is no entrance charge though they do ask for donations.  The second is on July 19th to Little Moreton Hall nr Congleton.  This is a National Trust property so if you are a member, entry is free.  For non members the charge is £13 but we might be able to negotiate a group rate if enough people come.  However for each trip there will be a cost for the coach and this could be between £11 and £17 each depending on size of coach.  We would like to get a feel for numbers so if you are interested in one or both of these trips please let me know, either via this email, ring me on 01298 84624 or at the meeting next week.  Your non History Live friends will be very welcome – no commitment at this stage, just expressions of interest.
